Amy believes in working from a strengths-based approach while utilizing evidenced based treatment options. Whether you are working together on anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship issues, she wants clients to feel safe when engaging in care. Amy's therapy style is supportive, interactive and non-judgmental.

Amy has clinical training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She completed both her Master of Social Work (MSW) and Certificate in Psychological Trauma at the University of Washington. Her advanced practicum work was completed at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center as well as the Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.
