Whether you are working together on anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship issues, she wants clients to feel safe when engaging in care. Amy's therapy style is supportive, interactive and non-judgmental.
Amy has clinical training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
